Role

A key role in the data team and responsible for the naming conventions, consistency, taxonomy and tagging of OneAffiniti digital assets in our tech stack (Brandfolder, Contentstack and Alchemer) as  well as creating, building and configuring all our surveys and ensuring its accuracy and availability into different channels, for the right audience at the right time. 

Working with cross-functional teams and ensuring digital assets and content is managed correctly across the organisation.

 

Responsibilities

 

Digital Asset Management
    • Will be responsible for the taxonomy and tagging accuracy of assets in the DAM (Brandfolder) 
    • Provide guidance on how internal and external users access, use, interact with digital assets
    • Work closely with all the users responsible for storing, editing, publishing and labeling these assets to ensure uniformity across the entire organization
    • Develop both high level and granular reports to determine asset performance and usage
    • Be ready to handle bulk changes to assets to enable efficient clean up and consistency of the files
    • Generate workflows that allows accessibility, usability and searchability of assets
    • Provide technical expertise to all users in the company on how assets are stored and used, including troubleshooting
    • Oversee projects that are related to the use of OneAffiniti’s digital assets

    Survey Content Production
    • Understand brief, purpose and audience of the survey to be able to provide an accurate output of our survey content
    • Manage processes alongside marketing, content, design, BI and legal team
    • Meet the quality and content standards including technical aspect of the content to ensure data is captured and flowing into online reports
    • Consistently collaborate with the data team on any receipt related forms management as necessary
    • Manage survey templates
    • Manage survey winners selection
    • Troubleshoot survey issues and raise tickets to BI as needed

    Insights & Analysis
    • Creating global BI reports and developing global insights for business consumption
    • Providing key commentary when required and aiding the business in determining the key insights / analysis

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study (IT, computer or library science) or equivalent
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in data or project management, and admin roles
    • Experience with project management, digital or email marketing a plus

     

    Skills and Competencies

    • Any Adobe tool (Adobe Photoshop / InDesign) experience is nice to have
    • Experienced on training people in various roles and teams including the development of process documents that’s suitable for all internal audiences
    • General understanding of metadata, taxonomy, access protocols and digital publishing processes
    • Familiarity with CMS (Contentstack or similar), DAM (Brandfolder), Survey tools (Wufoo/Surveymonkey), project management tools (such as Jira / Confluence / Asana), and documentation systems (Intranet, Google Drive)
    • Advanced analytical skills, and strong knowledge on Google Sheets / Excel 
    • Proficiency in HTML and CSS and other programming languages is nice to have
    • Professional approach
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Expert organizational and structural skills including attention to detail and multitasking and prioritization
    • Capable of working as an individual contributor and a collaborator
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Show a high level and deep insight of confidence and competence in our asset and content organization
