OneAffiniti continues to grow, and we are looking for another Sales Activation Executive
to establish and develop relationships with Channel Partners who represent global IT
brands and onboard these partners into funded marketing programs.

 

Who You Are

  • A polished, tenacious sales professional with a passion for meeting new people through multiple channels, primarily phone and email
  • Goals-driven and ambitious team-player who is able to meet and exceed monthly targets by leveraging a strong understanding of marketing programs and how they support SMBs
  • Strategic thinker with a strong work ethic and fabulous sense of humor

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish contact with Channel Partners as nominated by the global IT brands who fund marketing campaigns
  • Qualify the Channel Partners to understand their marketing requirements, business objectives, target audiences and the brands they work in order to recruit the partners onto the right campaigns that OneAffiniti supports for the global IT brands
  • Become an expert on all of OneAffiniti’s active marketing programs and product offerings
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to review existing processes and provide input on program enhancements
  • Report results on the status toward goals and key performance indicators

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or greater) in a related field
  • 4+ years experience in Sales/Marketing with proven record of meeting/exceeding business targets
  • 4+ years experience successfully managing internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines in a professional manner and with a high level of integrity
  • Successful record of closing sales and onboarding targets
  • Experience with onboarding of target audiences into marketing programs a plus
  • Talent for delivering stellar customer service and support
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft or Google applications and Salesforce
  • Ability to develop trust and rapport that results in positive, long-lasting relationships quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to interact with clients and lead teams independently
  • Ability to analyze data and make effective, data-driven decisions
  • High level of integrity and a willingness to have open, honest and professional conversations
